 Terms & Conditions (Read these carefully)

• All sales are final. No refunds once orders are made. Read product descriptions carefully. 
• Completion of purchase is understood as agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
• No returns accepted, unless otherwise specified. If a return is accommodated, it must be in unworn, unused condition, and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  
• Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition. 
• Buyer must be 21 or older to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition. 
• Buyer is responsible for adhering to all local and federal laws relating to purchases.  
• All firearm sales and transfers will require a Texas License to Carry or NICS Background Check. 
• All firearm sales and transfers will require ATF form 4473. 
• All firearm shipments must be sent to a Federal Firearms Licensee.
• Pricing listed for various services are guidelines and are subject to change.  
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason. 
• Deposits for training are non-refundable. Please take scheduling seriously. 
• Firing Line Shooting LLC is not responsible for issues with mail carriers or other third parties. 
•  Firing Line Shooting LLC does not assume any responsibility for additional fees incurred from external carriers or pickup locations.  
• Items will not ship until cleared payment is received.
